The Constraint Method is run by MK Business Advisors. This page explains what we collect when you use constraintmethod.com and the diagnostic, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- From the diagnostic: your name, email address, revenue range, your answers to the 24 questions, and your results.
- When you join a course: your account details and purchase record. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- In the community: what you post, your profile, and your attendance at live sessions.
- Automatically: basic site data such as pages visited and device type, through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use it
- To show your diagnostic results and send you emails about them.
- To deliver the courses, live sessions and community you join.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the site and courses: our community and email platform, our payment processor, our scheduling tool, the automation service that connects the diagnostic to our email list, and our site host and analytics provider. Each uses your information only to provide its service to us.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. California residents have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you have an account or are on our list, and for a reasonable time after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
