The Constraint Method

Terms

Last updated: October 10, 2026

These terms apply when you use constraintmethod.com, take the diagnostic, or join a course. By enrolling, you agree to them.

What you're buying

Each Prescription is an 8-week course: weekly videos, a workbook, a spreadsheet, a live group working session every Friday, and access to a private community space for your cohort. The All Access Plan includes all four courses. Course access is for you personally and isn't transferable.

Live sessions and confidentiality

The Friday sessions are confidential working sessions. They are recorded for the people on the call only and are never shared outside the cohort without the consent of the people in them.

You control what you share. If you're not comfortable sharing specific numbers, names, client details or other confidential information, leave them out of your workbook, your community posts and the live sessions. Share the shape of the problem instead.

What other members share in sessions or the community stays there. Don't record, copy or repeat it outside the cohort.

How we expect members to behave

Be respectful, stay on topic, and don't use the community to sell to other members. We may remove anyone who doesn't follow these rules, without a refund.

Course materials

The videos, workbooks, spreadsheets and the Constraint Method itself belong to MK Business Advisors. You can use them to run your own business. You can't resell, republish or share them with people outside your company.

Not professional advice

The courses teach business practices. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Talk to your own professionals before making decisions in those areas. Results depend on the work you put in, and we don't guarantee any specific outcome.

Refunds

See our refund policy.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll tell enrolled members by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
